The complete What, When, Where, How-to-book of medicinal charcoal, with over 150 stories from healthcare workers and laymen around the world who have found charcoal to be one amazing supernatural remedy. AWARD: Honorable Mention - "Most Progressive Health Book" (2006 Independent Publisher Book Awards)
This is a real helpful book.
This book is written mostly in case studies which makes it easier to read. It does have history on charcoal and how it has helped people for ages. It also tells how to use charcoal in poultices and orally with even hints on how to get children to take it. Charcoal is a harmless substance, but its varied uses make it a treasure. I recommend it to people who want to use less medication and more natural approaches to physical problems.
